Depending on your needs, individual sessions may draw upon psychotactile psychotherapy, somatic therapy, talking therapy, therapeutic massage, NO HANDS massage, 4Elements massage, life script work, nervous system regulation and mind-body therapy.

Psychotactile Psychotherapy

We begin with helping you to find a place of safety form where we can explore with compassion what may be happening beneath the surface — in your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and sense of self.

Sessions may include talking, body awareness, grounding, self-soothing practices, Transactional Analysis concepts, nervous-system education, and consented therapeutic touch.

You may find this helpful if you feel outwardly “fine” but inwardly disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or unsure how to move forward. It can also support you if you are functioning well but longing to feel more grounded, authentic, resilient, and connected to yourself.

Together, we gently explore how past experiences, beliefs, relationships, and social conditioning may have shaped the way you see yourself and respond to the world. The work is collaborative and paced carefully, helping you build self-awareness, self-respect, emotional safety, greater choice and autonomy, resilience and wholeness in how you live your life and relate to others.

This therapy will be guided by you and your personal outcomes.

Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork

Therapeutic massage and bodywork can offer far more than relaxation or relief from physical tension. When approached with body-mind awareness, massage becomes a way of listening to the body, supporting the nervous system, and helping you reconnect with yourself from the inside out.

Many people arrive feeling tense, depleted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying stress in their body. Through safe, compassionate and psychologically informed massage, sessions can support you to soften protective patterns, feel more present in your body, and develop a deeper awareness of what you need.

Each massage is bespoke and guided by you. Together, we create a treatment that supports your physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing — helping you feel safer, calmer, more grounded, and more able to thrive.

Your Life, Your Story

Life Script work explores the unconscious stories, beliefs, and patterns we may have formed early in life — often before we had the words or understanding to question them.

These early “scripts” can shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, make choices, and respond to life. They may show up as repeated patterns such as people-pleasing, self-sabotage, perfectionism, feeling not good enough, struggling to feel safe, or finding it hard to fully be yourself.

In this work, we gently explore the messages you may have absorbed about who you were allowed to be, what you had to do to belong, and what felt unsafe or unavailable. This may include looking at inner drivers such as be strong, try hard, please others, be perfect, or hurry up, as well as deeper “don’t” messages such as don’t feel, don’t succeed, don’t be important, or don’t be you.

This is a 12 step process, using reflective, creative, and psychoeducational approaches, including fairy-tale and narrative work, you are supported to recognise the old story and begin rewriting it with greater compassion, choice, and permission.

The aim is not to erase your past, but to understand it differently, so you can loosen old patterns, reconnect with your own truth, and begin living from a more empowered, authentic, and self-directed place. Through gentle narrative and fairy-tale work, you are supported to recognise the old script then with new permissions, greater self-understanding, and a stronger connection, rewrite the script for who you truly are and want to be.
