Healing . Integration . Wholeness

With Our Wisdom

Integrative psychotherapy and somatic therapy

supporting mind-body connection.

A Space to Pause, Reconnect and Heal.

Gentle, grounded therapy supporting body, mind and emotional wellbeing.

Are you used to holding things together for everyone else, maybe at work or at home,

caring for others and you feel like you’re just pushing through?
Perhaps you look like you’ve got it all together and people around you don’t realise how much you are carrying.
Quietly, you long for space to breathe, to feel seen and supported, to come back to yourself

Ways We Can Work Together

Each pathway offers a gentle way into therapeutic support, depending on what you need,

where you are, and how you would like to begin.

You may be looking for support with…

Anxiety, overwhelm or burnout
When life feels too much, or you are constantly holding things together, low mood, or feeling stuck

Trauma or nervous system dysregulation

When your body still feels on alert, shut down, disconnected or unsafe.

Stress held in the body

Chronic conditions, tension, pain, fatigue, sleep issues or symptoms linked with stress.

Disconnection from yourself
Feeling lost, numb, uncertain, or unsure who you are, people-pleasing, lacking boundaries,

 Relationship difficulties

Struggles with attachment, trust, communication, or find yourself repeating relational patterns.

A desire for deeper healing
Maybe you have had counselling or therapy before but feel something is “missing” and you are ready for a more embodied, integrative approach.

Why this may feel right for you

  • A collaborative approach guided by your pace, boundaries and choices.

  • Attention to the nervous system — supporting regulation, safety and connection, not just insight.

  • Space for what may be held beyond words, including body sensations, emotions, memories and patterns.

  • A whole-person approach — supporting body, mind, emotions, energy and spirit in a grounded way.

  • Over 30 years’ experience across bodywork, trauma-informed practice, education and mental health.

Approaches I Draw Upon

My work draws upon psychotactile psychotherapy, somatic therapy, talking therapy, mind-body therapy, therapeutic massage, NO HANDS massage, 4Elements massage, bodywork, nervous system awareness and trauma-informed healing, reiki. These approaches are woven together gently and individually, supporting you on your own healing journey.

A gentle first step

You do not need to know exactly what you need before getting in touch.
Sometimes the first step is simply beginning a conversation.
